The 12 system is a self-awareness tool channelled by Matias de Stefano that guides us to integrate these connections. By working with each constellation at a time, we also learn to interpret our birth chart and use it to our advantage. Regarding astrology knowledge: beginners are welcome!

This work will enable you to navigate the energies of each constellation in awareness, by understanding and integrating what each constellation means energetically for you and how to take advantage of that energy best... and as you know each person is different and the birth chart is the key for it!

We work our 12 biological systems by understanding their connection to the 12 constellation energies syncing the spiritual, emotional, and physical parts of ourselves and becoming the channel of bringing heaven to earth.

Menopause: group and individual coaching
We have been taught to diminish our whole female cycle with concepts such as menstruation being painful, and connected to negative mood swings, unpleasant odours, and discomfort. Similarly, that perimenopause and menopause are stages in our life not to look forward due to unrest that they produce in our physical body and emotional and mental states.

My spiritual journey has guided me to unlearn all this, to then reconnect from within with the beautiful feminine nature of my body... cyclical... emotional... guttural...
