In this truly transformational feminine healing programme, we will work together to activate the Wise Woman in you, the fourth feminine archetype by revisiting, activating and consciously integrating all three previous feminine archetypes: the maiden, the mother, and the enchantress. Each archetype is connected to an element which we will also activate to further deepen our connection to Gaia.
Menopause, a natural biological transition occurring in women as they age, signifies the conclusion of menstrual cycles and fertility. However, the challenge lies in the collective emotional significance we attribute to this "end of fertility," often associating it with a loss of identity and purpose. Symptoms commonly associated with menopause, such as hot flashes, insomnia, vaginal dryness, and weight gain, are indicators of unresolved emotions within the body, which we address during our sessions.
Similar to my other programs, I integrate various healing modalities to facilitate profound insights crucial for your journey towards healing.
